VideoGrab Pro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement.

Our Position on Copyright

VideoGrab Pro is a technical tool that helps users access video content from its original source. We do not host, store, or redistribute any video content. All content remains on the servers of the originating platform. We are committed to operating in compliance with applicable copyright law.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our designated DMCA agent containing the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
  • Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the district where you reside

Repeat Infringer Policy

VideoGrab Pro maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

No Storage of Infringing Content

Because VideoGrab Pro does not store video content on its servers, standard DMCA takedown notices relating to specific video files may not be applicable. If you believe our Service is being used to infringe your copyright, please describe the specific technical concern in your notice and we will investigate promptly.

Good Faith

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. We take all DMCA notices seriously and act in good faith.
